Almost 20 years ago, I bought my first house. My agent disappeared the day after closing. I promised myself if I ever did this job, I’d be the agent who stayed — through the inspection, the move, the second house, the kids’ first house.

Nearly 2,000 families later, that is still the promise. Every client gets a seasoned agent, a written plan, three pricing strategies, and a number we believe we can hold. In 2026, we brought the team to eXp Realty so we can serve clients across more of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, with the same care from the first conversation to the closing table.

I have also had the privilege of sharing what we’ve built from some of the industry’s most notable stages — Placester, NurtureCon, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Leading Edge, Compass, Inman News NYC’s Main Stage, Market Maker, and Curaytor. I am grateful for all of it. But the work that matters isn’t on a stage. It happens at a kitchen table, on a Tuesday at 9 PM, when a family is trying to figure out whether to write an offer.

Today the team is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, working across Seacoast MA & NH, Northern MA, and the North Shore. We know which pockets move fastest. We know what buyers in those areas are actually looking for. We know how to make sure the right buyer recognizes a home’s value — and how to protect a seller’s equity when offers come in.
